My name is Andrea Waits, and I am a QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisor with over 15 years of experience providing professional bookkeeping services, QuickBooks Online support, and financial organization for small businesses.
Throughout my career, I have helped business owners clean up messy books, set up efficient accounting systems, manage monthly bookkeeping, and prepare clear financial reports for tax professionals, lenders, and strategic decision-making. My work has supported a wide range of industries, including law firms and service-based businesses, ensuring their financials are accurate, organized, and reliable.
A few years ago, my journey began to evolve in a deeper way.
I started exploring meditation, energy healing, and personal development, seeking to expand my awareness and consciousness. During that time, I felt a strong internal conflict—my work in accounting felt very structured, analytical, and “heavy,” while my personal growth was leading me toward something more intuitive, aligned, and expansive.
For a while, it felt like I had to choose between the two.
But I realized that true alignment comes from integration—not separation.
That realization led me to create Aligned Numbers Studio.
Aligned Numbers Studio is a modern bookkeeping and financial support practice designed for conscious entrepreneurs, coaches, creatives, and service-based business owners who want both clarity in their numbers and alignment with their purpose.
I offer QuickBooks Online setup, bookkeeping clean-up and catch-up services, monthly bookkeeping, financial reporting, and personalized training. My approach combines strong accounting systems with a calm, supportive, and judgment-free experience—helping you feel confident and in control of your financials.
